We at N for Nari understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed international courier partners such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders worldwide.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

Charges: N for Nari offers FREE SHIPPING for certain regions. Shipping charges for other destinations depend on the total parcel weight and are calculated at checkout.

Tax and Duties: Please note that many countries charge import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s tax policies before placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

If a customer refuses to accept or does not pay the required customs charges for their international orders, we shall not be liable for product exchanges, returns, or refunds under any circumstances.

Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes 10-15 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch, for both domestic and international orders.

There may be an additional 5-10 day delay in order dispatch during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, or natural calamities. In such cases, our team will inform you about the delay via email or phone.

Receiving Order Guidelines: Since we ship orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that your parcel reaches you intact. If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images, and do not accept the order. Please email the images and videos along with your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly and settle claims with the shipping agency.

Process: Once you place an order on our website, it enters processing. Once the order is processed and the outfit(s) leave our manufacturing unit, the items go through multi-level quality checks before being securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After dispatch, a unique tracking number is sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can track your order’s delivery status on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.


PAYMENT POLICY

Worldwide Shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can check the shipping eligibility for your city/country during checkout.

Prepaid & COD Orders: Prepaid and COD orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, email your request to support@nfornari.com or call our customer support at +91-9602326963 from Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).

Payment Options: We offer multiple payment options, including major debit & credit cards, net banking, UPI, and recognized eWallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select countries.

For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards, along with recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.

Credit Note Usage: If issued a credit note, you will receive it via your registered email ID. Credit notes can be applied only once on our official website and must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.
