Exchange Policy
At Nfornari, we strive to provide accurate product listings with detailed descriptions to help customers make informed choices. Before dispatch, all orders undergo multi-layer quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your order due to a size issue, we are happy to assist with size-related exchanges. Please note that we do not accept returns at this time.
Exchange Eligibility:
- We only offer exchanges for domestic (India) orders.
- Items requested for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and must be returned with all original packaging and tags.
Exchange Terms and Criteria:
- Once delivered, bags, home decor, and jewelry items are non-exchangeable unless the item is defective.
- Product descriptions, including color, fit, and wash care, are provided in detail. However, due to variations in display settings, slight color differences may occur. Exchanges will not be accepted based on color, fabric material, or quality concerns.
- Exchanges are only available for orders placed on our official website: www.nfornari.com.
- We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Exchange Process: If your request meets the above terms, follow these steps for a hassle-free exchange:
- Raise an exchange request via email at support@nfornari.com or call us at +91-9602326963 within 24-48 hours of order delivery.
- A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged for the exchange. Once paid, share a screenshot of the payment via email.
- If you wish to ship the exchange item directly, our team will provide the return address. Once dispatched, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD receipt. Please use only reputed courier services, as Nfornari is not responsible for lost parcels during transit.
- After payment confirmation, we will initiate a reverse pickup via trusted courier services.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. Upon approval, we dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days.
- Exchanges for size will only be done once per order. Multiple exchanges on the same order are not allowed.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the total item amount.
- Credit notes are valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of placement for both prepaid and COD orders. For prepaid orders, customers can opt for either a credit note of the same amount or a replacement product of the same value.

Order Cancellation by Nfornari:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as fabric/raw material unavailability, incorrect product listing, pricing errors, or payment/fraud concerns.
- If a prepaid order is canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s registered bank account.
- Customers will be informed via their registered email ID.
- Our decision regarding order cancellations is final and binding.
- Credit notes issued for cancellations are valid for 90 days.
- A deduction of 2-3% will apply to prepaid order cancellations as payment gateway charges.
Refund Policy
Nfornari does not provide returns or refunds once a product is sold and delivered. We offer a size exchange option for purchased items. For details, refer to our Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
In the rare case of a defective or damaged product, a refund may be issued with a deduction of payment gateway charges:
- Prepaid orders: 3% deduction.
- COD orders: 2% deduction.
